第1条（適用）
(1) 本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、tryxtrip.com（以下「当サイト」）が提供するすべてのコンテン
ツおよびサービスの利用条件を定めるものです。
(2) 当サイトを利用するすべての方（以下「利用者」）は、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
第2条（著作権および知的財産権）

第4条（生成AI・機械学習目的での利用禁止）
(1) 当サイト運営者の事前の書面（電磁的方法によるものを含む）による承諾なく、以下の行為を明確に禁止します。
ⅰ 本コンテンツを、生成AI、機械学習モデル、大規模言語モデル（LLM）、画像生成モデルその他これ
らに類するシステムの学習、訓練、微調整（ファインチューニング）、評価、データセット化の目的
で利用する行為
ⅱ クローリング、スクレイピング、収集、解析その他自動化された手段により本コンテンツを取得し、
前号の目的に供する行為
ⅲ 本コンテンツを第三者に提供し、当該第三者が本条に違反する行為を行うことを助長または可能にす
る行為
(2) 本条に違反した場合、当サイト運営者は、著作権法、不正競争防止法、民法その他関係法令に基づ
き、法的措置を講じることがあります。
第5条（外部リンク）
当サイトには第三者が運営する外部サイトへのリンクが含まれる場合があります。リンク先サイトの内容や安全性について、当サイト運営者は一切の責任を負いません。
第6条（情報の正確性）
